Warranty conditions

Thank you for purchasing product(s) from us. We are committed to providing you with quality products and providing full support after purchase. Our warranty conditions are formulated in accordance with the standards used in the State of Israel.

1. The warranty period

Our products are covered by warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is as shown in the original invoice issued by us.

2. What does the warranty include ?

The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product in the event of a manufacturing defect, a defect in the raw materials or a technical malfunction resulting from production problems. The repair or replacement will be performed at no cost to the customer, subject to inspection and approval of the product by our service department.

3. What is not included in the warranty

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use, including use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Physical damage caused by a fall, blow, penetration of liquids or chemical substances.
  • Repair or change to the product made by a party not certified by us.
  • Natural wear and tear of the product as a result of normal use.
  • Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake).

4. Exercising the responsibility

To exercise the warranty, contact our service department with the defective product and the original purchase invoice. It is mandatory to present an identification document proving that the product was purchased from us . After receiving the product and inspecting it, we will inform you whether the product meets the warranty conditions and what the options are for repair or replacement.

5. Bringing the defective product

If the product is found to be damaged and needs to be returned, it must be brought to us for inspection. For more details on how to return, please visit the product return policy page.

6. Correction times

We undertake to handle your request as quickly as possible and to provide an answer within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the product in our service laboratory. If it is necessary to replace the product, the waiting time may change depending on the availability of the product in stock.
