1. Return period

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Make sure that the product is returned in new condition and has not been used, including all the original packaging, labels, and accessories included in it.

2. Conditions for return

• Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of use or damage, in its original packaging and without missing accessories.
• Identification document: An identification document confirming that the product was purchased from us, such as an original invoice or purchase confirmation, must be attached to the return.

3. Return shipping

The customer must pay the shipping fees to our warehouses for the purpose of returning the product for inspection, credit or exchange. The company does not bear the shipping costs for returns.
We recommend sending the product in a tracked package or with delivery confirmation to ensure that the package reaches us safely.

4. Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns, but we reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund if the product is returned in a non-new condition or is missing any accessories.

The refund will be given in the same payment method in which the purchase was made, within 14 business days from the day the product was received in our laboratory and tested.

7. Exclusions and additional comments

• Products that cannot be returned: It is not possible to return products sold as part of special offers without the possibility of return or products marked as "no return possibility" at the time of purchase.

This policy is subject to the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations established pursuant thereto.
If there is a contradiction between this policy and the Consumer Protection Law, the conditions stipulated in the law will apply.
